HOLIDAY WAIT LIST POLICIES
Tickets to our holiday shows are in high demand, and most shows will sell out early! We are occasionally able to make more tickets available on the day of the show due to no-shows. We are unable to accept wait list requests via phone or email. To join our in-person waitlist:
- Arrive at our Box Office any time after it opens and ask to join the wait list. Patrons cannot be added to the wait list via phone call.
- We will take down your name, phone number, and number of tickets needed. You can sign up for the next scheduled performance, or all shows occurring that day!
- Feel free to explore Crown Center while you wait for a call from our Box Office staff. If there is less than 10 minutes left until the start of the performance you’d like to attend, and you still have not received a phone call, free free to come back to the Box Office and check on your status.
While we cannot guarantee tickets will be available, we know many folks have limited schedules and can only attend on certain dates that may already be sold out. Our staff will do as much as possible to get you in to see the show!
