Transportation Subsidies
Your Ticket to Ride
How to Apply
The Coterie is pleased to provide transportation funding for school groups. We hope providing subsidies will assist schools in need, where transportation costs may preclude them from attending a Coterie production. Based on funding availability, The Coterie Transportation Fund provides assistance on a first-come, first-served basis for up to $3.00 per student to defray transportation costs for any K-12 school bringing a group of 20 or more students to see our main stage productions.
We will begin accepting bus subsidy requests for productions in our 2024-25 Season on August 1st, 2024:
- Horse Power (September 11-October 6, 2024)
- Finding Nemo TYA (November 6-December 30, 2024)
- Just Ask! (January 29-February 23, 2025)
- Cinderella: A Salsa Fairy Tale (March 19-May 4, 2025)
The following restrictions apply:
- Up to $3.00 per person, not to exceed $300 per subsidy.
- Only 1 subsidy per teacher per season.
- Subsidy requests must be submitted before your scheduled performance date.
- All paperwork and forms must be submitted within 60 days of your performance date.
- Bus subsidies are only available for the shows listed above.
- Approval for transportation subsidies is based on availability.
